Elite Gold Trading does not directly charge clients for trading services. All financial transactions, including performance fees, are handled by our partner broker through their secure CRM system.

This Refund Policy outlines our stance on refunds for any service-related issues. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

Refund Terms

Since Elite Gold Trading does not collect or process payments directly, we do not issue refunds for trading services, performance fees, or affiliate rebates. These are managed entirely by the broker.

Refunds can only be considered under very limited circumstances, and only if the issue originates from Elite Gold Trading itself (not the broker).

When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be reviewed if:

  • You were charged by mistake for a product or service controlled by Elite Gold Trading (e.g., custom consultation or promotional service sold directly through our site).
  • There was a technical or billing error on our end.
  • You were mischarged due to a glitch caused by our platform (not the broker’s CRM).

These are rare exceptions and will be evaluated case-by-case.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above:
Please email support@elitegoldtrading.com within 14 days of the incident, and include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Date and description of the issue
  • Any screenshots or proof of the error

Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Elite Gold Trading is not responsible for delays caused by banks, crypto networks, or third-party payment systems.

Important Notes
  • No refunds are issued for performance fees or trading activity, as these are controlled by the broker.
  • No refunds are issued for rebates or affiliate earnings.
  • Disputes related to broker activity or CRM billing must be handled directly with the broker.
