These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.

Elite Gold Trading provides services related to copy trading and affiliate programs. While our strategies are backed by verified data and a track record of consistent performance, we do not guarantee profits. All trading involves risk, and your results may vary based on market conditions and your trading decisions.

All trading activities and account registration are handled entirely by our partner broker’s CRM. Elite Gold Trading does not process payments or manage trading accounts directly.

Services Provided
a) Copy Trading Service
  • Automated trading system based on proven gold strategies.
  • Your account, once connected through our partner broker, mirrors trades executed by our in-house automated strategies.
  • Designed to deliver consistent growth while managing risk.
b) Affiliate Program
  • Earn daily rebates based on the trading volume of your referred investors.
  • Rebate amounts start at $4 per lot and may increase depending on performance and total trading volume.
  • Additional bonuses may be granted based on activity and performance, at Elite Gold Trading’s discretion.

All strategies used in our services are backed by verified MyFXBook data. However, trading involves inherent risks, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have legal capacity under your jurisdiction.
  • Compliance with local trading/financial laws is your responsibility.
  • You must not reside in restricted countries under global sanctions.
  • Elite Gold Trading may refuse service or close accounts at our discretion.
Account Registration & Security
  • Register through our partner broker’s CRM system.
  • Elite Gold Trading only collects limited info for affiliate purposes.
  • One affiliate account per user unless explicitly approved.
  • You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
Security Guidelines
  • Follow standard online security practices.
  • Elite Gold Trading is not responsible for broker account breaches.
Liability for Unauthorized Access
  • Elite Gold Trading is not liable for losses from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
  • We will act promptly in case of system breach on our side, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Payments & Fees
Performance Fees
  • No subscription or upfront service fees.
  • Performance-based fees are managed via the partner broker’s CRM.
Affiliate Rebates
  • Start at $4 per lot traded, up to $7 based on performance.
  • Calculated daily and subject to verification.
Payout Conditions
  • Paid daily based on verified volume.
  • Report payout disputes within 30 days.
Refunds

No refunds issued by Elite Gold Trading; refer to our Refund Policy.

Affiliate Program Terms
Rebates Only – No Commissions
  • Only rebate-based earnings; no performance fee share.
  • Rebates paid via partner broker.
Bonuses

One-time performance-based bonuses may be granted.

Conduct & Compliance
  • Use accurate info, follow laws, avoid misleading tactics.
  • Abuse can result in termination and forfeiture of rebates.
Changes to the Program

Terms, rates, and structures may change with notice.

Performance and Results Disclaimer

Trading involves significant risk. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

Prohibited Activities
  • Fraud, spam, deception, false referrals, brand misuse.
  • Sanctioned country targeting, unauthorized marketing.
  • Violations may lead to suspension and legal action.
Liability & Limitations
  • No profit guarantees or liability for trading losses.
  • We are not liable for third-party service failures.
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months (if applicable).
Refund Policy
  • No direct fee collection or refunds.
  • Affiliate rebates are final once paid.
  • Billing issues must be reported within 14 days.
Termination of Services
Voluntary Termination

Users may stop using services at any time.

Termination by Elite Gold Trading
  • Violations may result in suspension, loss of rebates.

  • Material changes will be announced in advance.
User Agreement
